Auction results 23rd June 2026

We were off to a racing start with the first lot we offered at our Sale on Tuesday 23rd June.  The flat in Nelson Road attracted a lot of interest prior to the Auction,  being a 1 Bedroom top floor flat in need of complete renovation.  As you can see from the photos below the previous occupant had a very artistic flair.

There were 2 bidders initially in the room that took the bidding from £75,000, which was the reserve, upwards.  The bidding had got up to £102,500 when another bidder stepped in at the last minute, and bought the property for £103,000.  The total number of bids were 33.  It’s been a while since we have seen such competitive bidding and you could feel the tension in the Saleroom from all the bidders.
