From start to exchange within a month!

Nesbits are delighted to have exchanged contracts on this block of 6 apartments.

We were instructed to sell the building on 16th June, on behalf of Executors, and exchanged contracts with the buyers on 19th August.  There was plenty of interest from regular buyers and some ‘new’ faces.

We are yet to hold an Auction in the Saleroom but, using the traditional Public Auction method, ensures that we achieve a swift exchange of contracts with completion within 28 days.
