As an independent estate agent, we offer a level of flexibility and personal service that larger chains often struggle to match. We set our own fees, tailor our marketing to suit each property, and avoid restrictive contracts. In fact, we don’t ask our vendors to commit to a minimum term. While some agents require sellers to sign contracts lasting up to 20 weeks, we believe that if a client is genuinely unhappy with the service they receive, they should have the freedom to move on.
Because we are independent, our decisions are guided by what is best for our clients—not by corporate policies or targets. Our extensive local knowledge and years of market experience allow us to provide honest, practical advice tailored to each individual situation.
We are also completely independent in our recommendations. We have no ties to solicitors, mortgage brokers, or finance companies, meaning our advice is always impartial and focused on achieving the best outcome for you.
Most importantly, we genuinely care about our clients. We understand that buying or selling a property is one of life’s biggest decisions, and we are committed to providing a professional, supportive, and personal service every step of the way.
Finally, we are members of the R.I.C.S. – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – and as such have to adhere to the highest professional regulations. Not all agents are members of this governing body.
